Internet Advertising National Advertising Division

NAD reviews national advertising for truthfulness and accuracy and follow the procedures established by the National Advertising Review Council. NAD only reviews cases on a national level and complaints can be filed easily and the steps necessary are listed on the site.


Federal Trade Commission

The FTC deals with issues that touch the economic life of every American. It is the only federal agency with both consumer protection and competition jurisdiction in broad sectors of the economy. Trade Show Reference Children's Advertising Review Unit
